One of my favorite quick and easy snacks are No Bake Energy Bites. I found this recipe on Pinterest during high school and I have been making them since. They’re healthy and filling, and perfect for a quick snack on the go. These snacks require very little equipment, easy enough for me to make in my dorm. To make them all you need is, chocolate chips, peanut butter, oats, flax seed, honey, vanilla, and toasted coconut (optional). Mix all your ingredients together, pop them in the fridge for 10-20 minutes, then roll into balls. I’m all about quick and easy snacks and this one is just too good not to share!
